| How do you pick the winning raffle tickets? |
It's a bit complicated, but we will try to describe the process in an easy-to-understand manner.
The process/algorithm that we use is known as the "Fisher-Yates Shuffle". You can read all about it at Wikipedia.
This is all done by computer.
- We put all of the tickets into a list numbered from 0 to 1,048,574 (computers always start counting at zero)
- We pick a number between 0 and 1,048,574
This is our first ticket... the Grand Prize Winner
- We remove that ticket from the list so it cannot be picked/drawn again
- Re-number the list from 0 to 1,048,573 (because we just removed one from the list)
- Repeat the process until all tickets are drawn

| How can you afford to return 80% or more as winnings? |

| What happens if I have a winning lottery ticket that I didn't get paid for? |
If you have a lottery ticket that you believe to be a winner, but didn't get paid for it, please open a support ticket.
Please provide the following information in your ticket so that we can help you:
- Your User Name
- The lottery of the ticket (ex: Bitcoin Pick 2)
- The draw number of the lottery
- and of course, the ticket number (ex: 02-12)
One of our friendly agents will be happy to research your request.
If we find that you should have been paid, we will credit your wallet for the winning amount immediately.
NOTE: Remember, you only have 30 days from the draw date of the lottery in question to create this type of ticket. |
| How are the raffle prizes calculated? |
The prizes for the raffle drawings vary based on the number of tickets sold.
The more tickets that are sold... the more coins we can give away.
And ALWAYS 50% of the tickets purchased are winning tickets!!!
We always return at leaast 80% of the overall purchase price as winnings.
Calculating the prize levels and amounts is a complex formula.
For example...
- If approximately 500 tickets are sold prizes range from 5% to 35% of the prize pool spread over eight (8) levels.
- If approximately 2,000 tickets are sold prizes range from 2.5% to 35% of the prize pool spread over ten (10) levels.
- If approximately 8,000 tickets are sold prizes range from 1% to 35% of the prize pool spread over twelve (12) levels.
- If approximately 150,000 tickets are sold prizes range from 1% to 32% of the prize pool spread over seventeen (17) levels.
- If approximately 1,000,000 tickets are sold prizes range from 0.75% to 35% of the prize pool spread over nineteen (19) levels.
- If approximately 4,000,000 tickets are sold prizes range from 0.5% to 35% of the prize pool spread over twenty-one (21) levels.
- If approximately 17,000,000 tickets are sold prizes range from 0.25% to 35% of the prize pool spread over twenty-three (23) levels.
Remember, this is not a lottery so... the more tickets you purchase, the more chances you have at winning because as we said... 50% of the tickets are winning tickets. |
| How are lottery jackpots calculated? |
Quite simple actually.
- 75% of the ticket purchase goes to the lottery
- 80% (of the 75%) goes to the current prize pool
- For main lotterries - 25% of the prize pool goes to the current jackpot
For the Lucky Ball - 20% of the prize pool goes to the current jackpot
- The remaining 20% (from number 2) is held in reserve to refill the jackpot after there is a jackpot winner

| What do the different transaction fees mean? |
Miners include transactions in their blocks based on transaction fees. (They're doing this to make money.) So, the higher the transaction fee... the sooner your transaction will be included in a block on the blockchain.
- Fastest: Your transaction will most likely (90% probability) be included in the current or next block, transaction time is approximately 15 minutes
- Half Hour: Your transaction should be confirmed within the next half-hour, again a 90% probablility
- One Hour: Your transaction should be confirmed within the next hour, again a 90% probablility
- Slowest: Your transaction should be confirmed within the next 2-3 hours, again a 90% probablility
So choose your transaction fee based on how quickly you want your transaction to be confirmed.
NOTE: Transaction fees change rapidly. The transaction fee shown at the time you submit your withdrawal request was 100% accurate at that time based on an average transaction size of 226 bytes with transaction fees received from bitcoinfees.21.co; however, the final transaction fee may vary. |
